  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

3. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options within Australia via AUS Post:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery times vary by state (see Section 4 below).

  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery options available at an additional cost.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order and will be displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery Times by State

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:

  • South Australia (SA): 1-3 business days

  • Victoria (VIC): 3-5 business days

  • New South Wales (NSW): 3-5 business days

  • Queensland (QLD): 5-7 business days

  • Western Australia (WA): 7-10 business days

  • Tasmania (TAS): 5-7 business days

  • Northern Territory (NT): 7-10 business days

  • Australian Capital Territory (ACT): 3-5 business days

Delivery times for Express Shipping are generally 1-3 business days across all states.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all regions within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping services at this time.

6. Tracking and Delivery

  • Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible.

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

7. Shipping of Digital Products

For digital products, no physical shipping is required. Access details or download links will be provided immediately after payment confirmation via email.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
